Hayati Healthcare Technology Platform: Cloud, Desktop, and Mobile-First Architecture with AI Engine

Hayati AI Nexus combines AI reception, appointment management, queue workflows, doctor operations, GST billing, pharmacy inventory, TPA workflows, and patient retention automation on one offline-capable operational platform.

Desktop license—activate on your machine after verified payment. Not a cloud trial signup.

Healthcare Operating System platform layer is the control plane and sync fabric around desktop operational databases you run at each branch—not a single cloud database that must answer every keystroke at billing time.

Event spine and ordering

Operational facts—bills, stock moves, queue tokens, reception handoffs—flow as events with branch and user context. Retries after outages replay in policy order so finance does not inherit duplicate sales from flaky networks.

Desktop-first operations, cloud-enabled services

Counters keep local truth on machines you control. Hayati Cloud hosts licensing, optional governed sync, and admin services you enable. Procurement should review data-flow diagrams during evaluation—not assume all PHI lives in our cloud by default.

Multi-tenant security posture

Validated inputs, branch-scoped APIs, structured responses, and operational logging support investigation without turning logs into patient-data leaks. We do not display unverified certification badges on marketing pages—questionnaires are handled in enterprise evaluation.

AI engine boundaries

AI Receptionist and AI Retention Agent run under governed scripts: capture intent, route calls, book appointments, and hand off to staff. They do not silently mutate finalized bills or replace pharmacist or physician judgment.

API and integration runway

Sovereign-tier rollouts scope API boundaries, export formats, and partner interfaces after discovery. We document what is available today versus roadmap items—no blanket integration promise on this page.

Deployment models

Single-branch desktop, multi-branch with governed sync, and hospital groups with separate licensed premises each map to branch IDs in Hayati. Machine-aware licensing ties activation to hardware for IT teams that manage real counters—not floating cloud seats only.

Observability for operations leaders

Owners need day-close truth, exception queues for returns and voids, and branch-scoped reports that do not require exporting to Excel every night. The platform layer exposes governed summaries when sync is enabled; local reports still run when a branch is disconnected so counters are not hostage to headquarters dashboards.

Upgrade and release discipline

Statutory tax or register format changes are addressed through governed updates scoped per edition. Procurement should confirm release notes and downtime windows during evaluation—we do not promise zero-downtime upgrades on a marketing page.

Frequently asked questions

Is Hayati cloud-only?
No. Billing and inventory events are local-first on desktop deployments; cloud alignment is optional and policy-gated.
Where is patient data stored?
Operational ledgers stay on infrastructure you control unless you enable governed sync. Hayati Cloud services use ap-south-1 for licensing and enabled cloud objects—confirm current diagrams on walkthrough.
How does sync behave after outages?
Idempotent ingestion is the design goal: reconnect and reconcile without duplicate invoices when policy is configured—validate with a disconnect demo.
Does the platform include clinical EMR?
Hayati is an operating system spine for reception, queue, billing, and pharmacy—not a claim to replace full EMR unless scoped in contract.
What AI runs on the platform?
Governed AI Receptionist and optional AI Retention Agent—see /features/ai-receptionist and /product for module depth.
How do we evaluate security?
Read /security for DPDPA, Schedule H, encryption, and procurement notes; request enterprise questionnaires via /contact.
