Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to online desktop license purchases from Hayati AI Nexus Pvt. Ltd. via the public website or customer portal checkout. Enterprise quotations and signed order forms may specify different commercial terms; those documents control if they conflict with this Policy.

1. Digital license model

Hayati licenses are digital goods. After payment verification, a license key or portal entitlement is issued for activation. Once a license is issued and activated on a device, the licensed software is considered delivered.

2. When refunds are available

• Duplicate or erroneous charges: Contact sales@hayatiainexus.com with payment proof. Verified duplicates are refunded or adjusted.
• Non-delivery: If payment is verified but no license is issued within a commercially reasonable time after you provide required information, we will either fulfil the license or refund at our option.
• Unable to activate due to Hayati defect: If activation fails solely due to a confirmed Hayati-side defect and we cannot provide a workable remedy within a reasonable period, you may request a refund of fees paid for that unused license term.

3. When refunds are generally not available

• Change of mind after successful activation
• Failure to meet your internal IT, hardware, or staffing requirements
• Dissatisfaction with optional AI add-on outputs (assistive only; verify before use)
• Partial-period unused seats after activation, unless your order form says otherwise
• Chargebacks filed without first contacting us (may result in license revocation)

4. How to request

Email contact@hayatiainexus.com or sales@hayatiainexus.com during Monday–Saturday, 9:00 AM – 9:00 PM IST with: organisation name, order or payment reference, licensed plan, and reason. We may request identity and activation evidence.

5. Processing

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method where possible. Timing depends on banks and payment providers. License rights end when a refund is issued.
